Dear Breaking Dawn producers: We’re sorry.
A day after a number of websites, including THG, posted leaked photos from the final installment of the Twlight Saga of Edward and Bella having sex, author Stephenie Meyer, director Bill Condon and producer Wyck Godfrey have released a statement questioned these outlets to stop their actions:
As some of you may know, pictures and screen grabs of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as a work in progress have leaked on the internet. We are extremely proud of this film and also extremely heartbroken to see it out there at this stage.
The film and these images are not yet ready or in their proper context. They were illegally obtained and their early dissemination is deeply upsetting to the actors, the filmmakers and Summit who are working so hard to bring these movies to fruition to you in November 2011 and November 2012.
Please, for those who are posting, stop. And please, though the temptation is high, don’t view or pass on these images. Wait for the film in its gorgeous, finished entirety to thrill you.
Once again, our terrible. But reassure the Twilight team, readers: these pics have only increased your interest in the movie, right?

But no one has paid tribute to Rebecca Black’s “Friday” quite like Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon. The talk show hosts, who have agreed to be best friends for six months, collaborated on the track during Fallon’s show last night.
The performance (which included The Roots and Taylor Hicks) came after Colbert accepted Fallon’s challenge to cover the YouTube smash if Fallon’s audience came up with $ 26,000 to give to DonorsChoose.Org. Both sides came through with their ends of the deal, leading to the following hilarity:

Are Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz reconciling?
The question has been raised more than once since their surprise split and here we are again, wondering if the impending divorce has been called off.
The reasons this rumor keeps popping up are twofold and simple. Pete didn’t want to break up and they’ve just looked so pleased together ever since!
Dressed causally, with Wentz carrying 2-year-ancient Bronx on one hip, the young family stopped by the Beverly Glen Mall in Los Angeles on Thursday.
“They held hands, and Pete especially looked very pleased,” a source says. “He had his arm around Ashlee. They certainly looked like a couple again.”
“Ashlee kept smiling and lovingly leaned on Pete.”
This isn’t their first post-split outing, nor the first amicable one. They’ve continued to hang out as a family, even after she filed for divorce in February.
Sources tell People that the breakup is on excellent terms, and that being excellent parents to son Bronx is their priority. But is there hope of reconciliation?
“They’re both focused on making this transition as simple as possible for him,” a source said. “They’re on very friendly terms and speaking – it’s fine.”
Reps for the two had no comment.
Despite their upbeat demeanor, another source says that their outing Thursday, or past and future ones like it, doesn’t mean the two are reconciling.
“This is not a sign that they are getting back together,” the source says. “They both care about each other tremendously and like Bronx very much.”
In the end, perhaps it’s all unclear to them too: “Ashlee has always called Pete her best friend. They are in the middle of still trying to figure this out.”

Bill O’Reilly Calls Out Donald Trump for Obama Birth Certificate Claims

It’s come to this: Bill O’Reilly is the voice of reason.
On that host’s Fox News talk show last night, the journalist called out Donald Trump for pushing the absurd notion that Barack Obama was born outside the United States.
Referring to multiple announcements in Honolulu papers that documented Obama’s birth, O’Reilly quipped to his guest: “What is he, the Baby Jesus? There was a sophisticated conspiracy to smuggle this baby back into the country?”
O’Reilly went on to doubt that Trump could possibly believe such nonsense, challenging the supposed Presidential candidate for just trying to be “provocative” and remain in the news. Watch the exchange here:

She always has something to say to contestants on Dancing with the Stars, but Carrie Ann Inaba was left speechless this morning.
That’s because boyfriend Jesse Sloan proposed to Inaba – while she was guest hosting Live with Regis and Kelly!
The event went down during the closing minutes of the show, as Regis Philbin pretended to answer a viewer’s question about how to most romantically pop the question to his girlfriend. From there, the lights dimmed, violinists appeared, Sloan entered… and see the tears flow below:

Donald Trump Birth Certificate: Produced!

Absurd as it is that we’re even talking about this, Donald Trump confirmed this week that he is, in fact an American citizen, with the documentation to prove it.
This hilarious/sad saga started last week with Trump bloviating at length on The View about President Obama’s birth certificate and why he hasn’t produced it.
To further his alleged point (that Obama is hiding something), Trump released what he thought was his own birth certificate Monday … only it wasn’t.
The document Trump gave to a conservative website Monday turned out to be a mere “certificate of live birth,” not an official birth certificate. Cue cries of hypocrisy.
One day later, Trump’s team got their hands on his actual birth certificate, then used the miraculous revelation that Trump is a U.S. citizen to reiterate their “point.”
“A ‘birth certificate’ and ‘certificate of live birth’ are in no way the same thing, even though in some cases they use some of the same words,” a Trump staffer said.
“One officially confirms and records a newborn child’s identity and details of his or her birth, while the other only confirms that someone reported the birth of a child.”
“A ‘certificate of live birth’ is simple to get, while a ‘birth certificate’ is only gotten through a long, detailed process wherein identity must be proved beyond a doubt.”
Presumably, that mini-rant is meant to discredit this document pertaining to Obama, who many continue to insist is not a native citizen of the United States.
Why Trump is pushing this so hard, we have no thought. If there were a legit challenge to the constitutionality of Obama’s presidency, wouldn’t it have been brought?
Seriously, wouldn’t a judge hear this case if there were even a remote chance?
Also, is Don trying to rile people up for a potential White House bid? No one who believes this “birther” conspiracy would vote for Obama anyway. Makes no sense.
Anyway, what do you reckon? Is the President a natural-born U.S. citizen?
Chris Brown Performs on Dancing With the Stars: Watch Now!

Over the objections of Tom Bergeron, Cheryl Burke and a host of others, Chris Brown performed on Dancing With the Stars’ first results show of the season Tuesday.
Brown really performed twice – first his new hit “Yeah 3x,” then an encore medley of “Forever” and “Gorgeous People” – bringing the house down both times.
If there were boos, they weren’t audible over the cheers for a guy who place his all into each routine and looked very, very pleased to be there. Here’s his first effort:

After Brown’s now-infamous Excellent Morning America meltdown, many were shocked (and more than a few upset) that ABC would let him keep this DWTS gig.
Whatever the reason for not pulling the plug, Brown was clearly grateful, and repaid them with a terrific live performance, as you can see above and below.

The violent side of Jenelle Evans wasn’t the only reason this Teen Mom 2 star gave a vicious beatdown to Britany Truett last week. She was also pushed into her enemy. Literally.
Now, Brittany Maggard, the girl who gave Jenelle the shove that propelled her toward Truett, has spoken out about her motivation behind the incident. Give her credit for honest, at least.
“Jenelle wanted to go and fight Britany because of something with her man,” Maggard tells TMZ. “She was frightened and wouldn’t go fight by herself so I went to help her out.”
Fights with her mom are suddenly the least of Jenelle Evans’ worries.
Added Maggard, who has been arrested along with Evans and Truett: “I instigated it, but what the hell are we supposed to do? I wanted to see them fight!
“I’m pissed, though, because I went down to help her out, we both finished up in jail, she got bailed out before me and when I called her to get me out, she didn’t come.”
The nerve of some people. Some majorly troubled, in-need-of-help, by-no-means-worthy-of-the-fame/money-that-accompanies-a-reality-show people.
