The Screen Actors Guild Awards are this Sunday, we’re taking a look back at highlights from shows past. The SAGs started back in 1995, and since then have become one the most prestigious ceremonies of award season. They bring out the best actors from both film and television, including favorites like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Kate Hudson and Kate Winslet, and the ladies of Sex and the City.

Adriana Lima & Jillian Michaels Rank Super Bowl’s Best Ads
0Teaming up for a new special, Adriana Lima joined Jillian Michaels on location at St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis, Indiana for ‘Super Bowl’s Greatest Commercials’ on Tuesday (January 24).
The Victoria’s Secret beauty was a special guest while the celebrity personal trainer is co-hosting the CBS interactive countdown with former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason, with the program set to air February 1st at 8PM ET/PT.
Meanwhile, Miss Lima happens to be featured in another Super Bowl ad this year, as she’ll be seen in a second quarter spot for flower delivery service, Teleflora
“The thing I like the most about this ad is that everything happens in a very intimate moment, in a romantic place,” Lima told of the commercial. “Men will learn about the emotions women feel and how vital a gift of flowers is to us on Valentine’s Day. I know you guys will like it.”

Award season is in full swing! We’ve already seen many of our favorite stars hitting the red carpet at the People’s Choice and the Critics’ Choice Awards. The Golden Globes brought out Hollywood’s A-list between the arrivals, the show, and the afterparties. There have been many other chances for actors, directors, and more to dress up and celebrate 2011′s best films. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite moments from all the fun so far!

Maury Continues To Be The Best Of The Best

The show saw a 25% year-to-year increase and has been number one in four key demos for 32 straight weeks!
This increase compares the week of 1/2/11 with this year’s 1/3/12.
Jerry Springer and Steve Wilkos also saw season highs, with Jerry increasing seven percent YTY.
The people have spoken and they still like Maury Povich!

After Madonna won for Best Song at the Golden Globes, hubby of fellow nominee Elton John SLAMMED her Madgesty!!
Earlier in the evening, Elton really dissed Madonna on the red carpet, telling Carson Daly she had “no f***ing chance” at winning.
Of course, he was later proven incorrect when she really did win, LOL!!
But we’re not sure who was pissed more — Elton or David Furnish?!?
Elton’s hubby went OFF via Facebook, slinging the grossest music festival-type mud at Madge:
Madonna. Best song???? F**k off!!! Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in it’s narcissism. And her critisism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is!

What an incredible night at the Golden Globes! Celebrities showed us their glamorous style on the red carpet arriving in a bevy of sexy mermaid silhouettes and sequins. Salma Hayek wowed in metallic Gucci, Charlize Theron glowed in soft tiers by Christian Dior, and Emma Stone went for dramatic beauty in Lanvin. Claire Danes looked ultra-elegant in a black and white J. Mendel gown, and Viola Davis also showed some leg in a sexy slitted Pucci confection. The Best George Clooney and Brad Pitt Bromantic Moments From the Critics’ Choice Awards

Last night was all about the Critics’ Choice Awards winners, but who could take their eyes off best actor nominees Brad Pitt and George Clooney? The guys, who have been friends for years, happily took advantage of the chance to catch up. They hugged, talked, and laughed together - and the cameras captured it all! They both had something to celebrate. George won their shared category, but Brad’s Moneyball went on to win the best adapted screenplay honor for writers Steven Zaillian, Aaron Sorkin, and Stan Chervin. George was able to toast his victory with girlfriend Stacy Keibler, who looked fantastic in a white Armani gown, but Brad was rolling solo for the evening. Angelina Jolie skipped out on the show, opting instead to do a live web chat supporting her directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey.
