LeAnn Rimes Is NOT Publishing A ‘Tell All’ Book About Divorce And New Marriage
0The internet has A LOT of content, so don’t believe everything you hear.
Sources were reporting last week that LeAnn Rimes was in the process of shopping around a “candid” autobiography about her life, which includes an affair, divorce and marriage to actor Eddie Cibrian.
But, she took to Twitter on Monday to set the record straight and tweeted:
“So you all know, I’m blonde & there’s no “tell all” book about divorce, marriage and “my side.” I just laugh at a of this!”
Her “side” of the tabloid tales will instead be presented in her next album, as an inside source clarified:
“The only thing that’s coming out is her record, which says what she wants to say. In her record, she’ll be talking about all of the things that she’s wanted to say [and] hasn’t been able to say.”
We’re glad she’s sticking to what she does best and can’t wait to hear her new music. Thanks for keeping it classy, LeAnn!
And it’s not like readers won’t get a chance to get all the inside deets on the divorce dramz from somebody else writing a book about their divorce…

Justin Bieber has just scored his second book deal with HarperCollins!!
In this installment of his scrapbook collection book series, the Biebs will let his fans get a super fuNN look behind the scenes of his career with exclusive photos and quotes from his tours and the recording studio.
He’s super excited about it, gushing:
I’m so excited to be working on another book with HarperCollins. Being able to share my tale with my fans through these books is an absolute privilege. I can’t wait to show them more about my life on tour and in the studio in this next book.

Courtney Love Tells All In Upcoming Book About Her Fame And Sobriety Battles
0Courtney Like did an interview with The Fix and dropped numerous bombshells about her addiction battles.
With her views on sobriety and her admittance to the occasional drink or two, the interview sparked widespread chaos among addicts and recoverers alike.
Now, The Fix is coming out with an e-book that will reveal EVERYTHING about the singer.
Courtney Comes Clean will have crazy access to her life and the interview. The e-book will have interviews and excerpts from daughter Frances and mother Linda Carroll as well as revelations about Courtney’s past.
Some of the revelations include Courtney’s plot to sell Kurt Cobain’s estate and her financial troubles after his death.
There is even a section where she got coke delivered to Dr. Phil‘s house!!!
On her drug use, Courtney says the following:
“I don’t do street drugs anymore. My medications are all legally prescribed by prominent physicians. I’m entirely legal. But the truth is, I’ve never claimed to be anyone’s role model. I’m not Mother Theresa. All I’m trying to do is stay alive

Comic Book Fans, Rejoice! Watchmen Is Getting A Prequel Series!
0This will be extremely EXCITING news for many…and absolutely HORRIFIC news for others…
We’ve just learned that DC Comics has plans to publish seven “comic-book mini-series,” which will “continue the tales of the adventurers introduced in Watchmen, which was written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Dave Gibbons.”
The prequel series is being referred to as Before Watchmen, and it is scheduled to start up this summer.
This is a VERY controversial go by DC, because original Watchmen writer Alan Moore will not be involved, and he’s referring to these prequel comics as “completely shameless.”
Here’s what Moore had to say about it:
“I tend to take this latest development as a kind of keen confirmation that they are still apparently dependent on thoughts that I had 25 years ago.”
And here’s what DC Entertainment co-publishers Dan DiDio and Jim Lee had to say about it:
“It’s our responsibility as publishers to find new ways to keep all of our characters relevant. After 25 years the Watchmen are classic characters whose time has come for new tales to be told.”
What do U reckon? Should DC leave Watchmen alone because it’s a classic? Or do U reckon they’re making the right go by exploring that universe further???

She took it to the cops who told her it was just cocaine — Like, a few hundred dollars worth.

0They’re never ones to back down from a chaotic promotional schedule, and Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian were busy tending to a fan event at 1212 Fifth Avenue in New York City on Wednesday evening (November 16).
Fresh off of a visit to Barnes & Noble earlier in the day, the business chic reality star sisters grabbed up a table to start penning their names inside of bought copies of their new book “Dollhouse” during the Huge Apple meet-n-greet.
Kourtney and Khloe also crossed state lines for another function at Bookends Bookstore in Ridgewood, New Jersey before calling it a day on their “Dollhouse” duties.
Thanking all those who turned up at the seemingly successful trio of stops, Khloe happily wrote, “TU sooooo much 4every single person who came 2all 3 of our signings today!! So crazy and blessed! We sold out at all locations!”
The Kardashian duo are partaking on the book promotional escapade sans sister Kim, who has kept a lower-than-usual profile since splitting with small-time husband Kris Humphries earlier this month.

It is being reported by “friends” of Pippa Middleton that the sister of Duchess Catherine is preparing to pen her first book.
The rumor flying around claims that Pippa will write a party plotting book based on her years of working in the family biz. The problem is, people are concerned about what ELSE will end up in the pages, namely something incriminating about Prince William’s bride. There is also some speculation that the family might be milking the benefits of being related to a royal for all it’s worth, using their connections to get ahead rather than really place the effort in.
If you question us, that’s reading too much into things. Pippa has made a name for herself all on her own. She’s become a style icon outside of her sister’s influence and we imagine that if this book deal is right, that’s the same deal.
Now the huge question: who will buy it?

Colin Quinn Getting His Author On, Signs A New Book Deal
0Nice to see how well things are going for the former SNL Weekend Update anchor!
Last we heard from Colin Quinn, he landed a Primetime Emmy nomination in the “Outstanding Writing For A Variety, Music Or Comedy Special” category for his HBO special Colin Quinn: Long Tale Small.
Now, Quinn’s success streak continues, as the comedian has signed a book deal with Grand Central Publishing for Yesterday’s News.
The book sold in the mid-six figures, and it’s being described as “a humorous look at humanity and pop culture,” which will “imagine what daily newspapers from each era of civilization would be filled with, from headlines and op-eds to obits and classifieds.”
Congratulations, Colin! The book sounds fantastic, and we’ll def look forward to checking it out when it gets released.

Spider-Man: Take Out The Check Book! Spidey Producers Owe Julie Taymor $$$!

Back in March, we learned that original Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark director/co-writer Julie Taymor would retain her credits, despite the fact that she left the show.
We had heard at the time that one of the reasons she was being allowed to keep those credits was because “[the] producers have spent so much money that they don’t have a cash payout for Taymor anyway.”
Looks like credits might not be enough, because now the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society is filing an arbitration claim against Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark producers on Julie’s behalf.
The union claims that Julie is owed approximately $ 300,000 in royalties, which she has yet to receive.
One of the lead producers on the show, Michael Cohl, says that the Spidey team is in the process of “trying to resolve financial disputes.”
Hopefully they’re able to work everything out soon! The show opens on Tuesday, and we can’t imagine the producers would want something like this hanging over their heads.
Then again, Spider-Man has been plagued with so many issues, maybe they’re just used to dealing with drama by now.
