You guys voted and the results are in, obviously because I made a Twilight Book Review. Yes I read Twilight and I have to say that this book was not that terrible. I mean it was different from the Vampires I truly know and like, but this was unique in its way. So yea, April’s Book was Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him–and I don’t know how dominant that part might be–that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in like with him. -Bella Swan Next month’s Book is the continuation of Twilight, which is New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. I thought I might as well read the whole series and end it, haha.

Twilight Speed Painting by Stephen Quick It had to happen, and im surprised its taken me this long, but finally ive done a Twilight painting! Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, the actors who play Bella and Edward are not in it! but the painting is based on Stephenie Meyer’s book cover of the girl holding the forbidden fruit…. the apple ! The Twilight painting is in montones, various shades of grey with the apple in red, i tried not to chnage much from the original photo as its so cool. The painting is in acrylic paint and took about 5 hours i reckon, filmed on a DV cam and edited on Prem. The basis of the painting was sketched first, mainly just roughly where the apple was going to go and the arms. Its brought to us from Stephenie Meyer of course and its called The Small Second Life of Bree Tanner. The Sagas author said that she worked on this book back-in-the-day, meaning she started writing this tale before Twilight even got published. Meyer said that she was editing Eclipse and thinking about the newborn vampires, so she made this novella her version of a small tale to describe life as a newborn from Brees perspective. Originally, this vampire tale was set to be included in the Twilight Saga: Official Guide Book, but instead it became a stand alone book. In fact, Meyer said that she gave the manuscript to David Slade and Melissa Rosenberg to help them place together the Eclipse movie. The Small Second Life of Bree Tanner has an official release date of June 5th, 2010. The book Twilight cover represents the forbidden fruit, because their like is forbidden, the bible tale of Adam and Eve or in this case Bella and Edward. The forbidden fruit is often referred to as an apple. The book New Moon cover represents the flower dying. In the book Bella says that ‘it’s like my heart dies more every day that he’s not here’. So the Flower is her heart dying The book Eclipse is a ribbon being torn apart. It represents how Bella’s heart is torn between Edward and Jacob. The book Breaking Dawn is the Pawn and the Queen Chess pieces. It represents Bella starting a new chapter of her life. The pawn is her ancient human self, while the queen is her new immortal life that she now has.
