0We must have been SO distracted by Hayden Panettiere‘s unfortunate dress/hair/shoe choices at the ABC Upfronts, because we somehow didn’t notice that sparkly diamond ring (above)!
And ok, we know that the jewel is NOT on the finger that is traditionally known as the “ring” finger…
But with all the rumors swirling about Hayden’s secret engagement to Wladimir Klitschko, we were thinking that MAYBE she chose to be crafty and wear her engagement ring in public in a way that people wouldn’t know what it was!
Orrrrr maybe we are reaching a bit here, LOLz!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth‘s pre-marital bickering seems to be the most consistent part of their relationship lately. The Party in the U.S.A. singer is apparently so pissed off at her quasi-fiance right now she isn’t even wearing her engagement ring!!
A source close to them revealed:
“Miley and Liam had another argument before the weekend and the engagement ring is off again.”
Sigh. Of course they did.
We know young like is hard, but we’re beginning to wonder if these two are meant to be together at all!!
We’re sure they’re wondering the same thing, which is why they’re postponing the wedding as long as necessary!!
The source continued:
“They don’t want to get married until they figure out their problems. But Miley is very worried about losing Liam. She is crazy about him.”
All we want is for these two to be completely and really pleased — they certainly deserve it!!
Though, from what we’re hearing, Liam looked pretty pleased with his brother Thor Chris on Saturday while they signed autographs for perky young coeds at the City Year Spring Break Fundraiser in El Lay!!
Ruh roh! Maybe she has more than just chafing problem to worry about!

Alexis Bledel, most recently known for playing Beth Dawes on the TV series Mad Men, chose to show off her vintage-glam engagement ring for the first time EVER at the premiere of Remembering Sunday. We’re glad she did, because it’s a sight to behold!!!
The stone is a large octagonal diamond, complete with an nearly dizzying sparkle!!
This can only mean that Vincent Kartheiser, aka Pete Campbell from Mad Men, has fantastic taste–both in women AND in jewelry. Alexis is one lucky gal!
Suddenly all the practice Vincent place into his proposal makes sense! WE wouldn’t want to screw up proposing with a ring like THAT, either!! LOLz!

In California, the woman must return the engagement ring if the split is her doing or mutual.
But something tells us that Britney Spears gave Jason Trawick the $ 90k rock without even thinking of the legalities… cuz you know, she’s classy like that.
And nooo… Jason didn’t question for it either. She handed him the 3.5-carat Neil Lane stunner all her own — that or one of her assistants did.

Alison Eastwood Announces Engagement
0The Eastwood household will be buzzing this winter, as Alison Eastwood has shared that she’s accepted a marriage proposal from Stacy Poitras.
The “Chainsaw Gang” gal couldn’t be more pleased to announce the news, and Poitras clarified that it all started with a conversation with Alison’s father Clint Eastwood.
Stacy started, “I really questioned for [Clint's] permission three years ago at a Thanksgiving dinner in Pebble Beach that was attended by Alison’s mom Maggie [Johnson], too.”
“Clint is a cool guy … but he’s certainly a man of few words. I quietly questioned him when we were alone if it would be all right if I questioned for his daughter’s hand in marriage. He coolly looked me in the eye and softly said, ‘You better take that up with her,’ to which I answered, ‘So, I have your permission?’ And he said, ‘Yes.’ “

While Kimmy and her soon-to-be ex hubby of 72 days, Kris Humphries, are currently battling one nasty divorce case, Kris is demanding that KiKi return the rock!
The ring Humph proposed with was a 20.5 carat diamond Lorraine Schwartz ring, worth $ 2 million. It’s no wonder he wants it back! LOLz!
A source recently revealed:
“It’s becoming a real sticking point between his and Kim’s attorneys. She has made it plain that she has no intention of returning it though and feels she is within her legal right to refuse as she went through with the wedding.”
Of course, as Kris has made well aware, he thinks their whole marriage was a “total sham” and doesn’t reckon she should be allowed to keep the pricey piece!
The insider continued:
“Kris doesn’t know why Kim would even want to keep the ring anyway. It obviously has no sentimental value as she has publicly declared their wedding as ‘a huge mistake’ and she certainly doesn’t need the money, so why doesn’t she just return it to him?”
He does somewhat have a point… !
After all, Kimmy can easily update her jewelry collection and we’re sure Kanye has no problem helping, either!
Though, it sounds like Kim is using the ring as a way of getting back at him… but maybe she should just let it go!

Jennifer Aniston Talks Engagement Ring
0After being spotted with a huge sparkler on her ring finger earlier this month, Jennifer Aniston is finally opening up about her engagement to Justin Theroux.
In an interview with People, the “Friends” star said of her fiance’s jewelry taste, “I was impressed. I had no thought, and I had no thought what I wanted. He just knows what I like.”
Guys may want to take note on how the 41-year-ancient did his research. Jen clarified that he “worked with the girls that I have worked with for years and years and years, so he kind of was picking the specialists’ brains. He kept it within a very small circle of people. It was one of the sneakiest jobs I’ve ever seen, really.”
As for the 43-year-ancient actress, she admits she was surprised: “It’s hard to pull one over on me where I’m not like, ‘Hmm, you’re acting really weird.’ It was … a very covert operation.”
