Yesterday was Halloween, and Hollywood took advantage of the holiday with parties last night and all weekend long! There were plenty of elaborate costumes at bashes from NYC to Las Vegas, with Britney Spears and Jason Trawick posing with her dressed up sons in London. Jennifer Garner got witchy in LA, where pregnant Hilary Duff and her husband Mike Comrie donned their robber finest. Jessica Simpson may have had the best ensemble of all, wearing a mummy suit to announce that she’ll be a mommy and posing with her Larry Byrd fiancé Eric Johnson. Britney Spears Shares Halloween Family Portrait in London!

Britney Spears celebrated Halloween with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James as well as her boyfriend Jason Trawick and her mom Lynn Spears in London last night. Britney twittered a picture of her sons’ costumes, which were Batman for Jayden and a ninja for Sean Preston. Britney was decked out in one of her Femme Fatale costumes and Lynn was a witch, while Jason skipped putting on any dress-up gear. Britney is currently in the midst of the European leg of her tour and Joe Jonas is her opening act for these overseas dates. Britney gave Joe Jonas a lap dance during the interactive part of the show which has previously had her wrapped around Pauly D from Jersey Shore as well as her real-life like Jason. Mr. Trawick also recently starred in Britney’s very sexy “Criminal” music video, though it looks like this year the two skipped any couples costumes for their Halloween festivities.

Jessica Simpson confirmed her pregnancy earlier today by tweeting a picture of her mummy Halloween costume, and now she’s sharing even more from their festive shoot! Jessica posted more pictures of her tight, baby-bump-baring getup alongside Eric Johnson as classic Celtics star Larry Bird. Eric is from the Boston area, so the team must be close to his heart. Even their dog, Bentley, got in the spooky spirit with a fun pearl leash and collar. The designer had two huge announcements today as she finally revealed that she is expecting, and this morning Jessica launched her new venture BeautyMint. Just reckon, next Halloween Jessica and Eric will be out trick-or-treating with their son or daughter – congrats to the growing family!

Jennifer, Violet, and Seraphina kicked off their weekend with a trip to dance class, and Violet was decked out in her ballet leotard. She’ll have the chance to dress up again tomorrow, though some families have already been spotted out in character ahead of the holiday. Amy Adams‘ daughter Aviana wore a cat outfit at the pumpkin patch while Katherine Heigl‘s small one wore a princess dress this afternoon. Celebrities have gotten in on the festivities too with Kate Hudson‘s annual bash bringing out many well-known faces in costume last night.

It was a star-studded evening at Kate Hudson‘s Halloween bash at her home in Pacific Palisades last night. Kate made the trip back to LA from London last week, just in time to gear up for the annual costume party. Her guests, including Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie, Gwen Stefani, and Emma Roberts went all out with their looks, though we haven’t gotten a glimpse of what the host wore.
Jessica was in a witch getup while Nicole went as a hilarious version of Jennifer Lopez in her hot pink tracksuit. Gwen donned a gown and over-the-top makeup as Cinderella and her No Doubt bandmate Adrian Young went 80s for the soiree. Emma was a Playboy bunny and David Arquette made his second costumed appearance of the weekend in an Elvis suit. Rashida Jones sucked on a lollipop in her Blow Pop outfit while Ali Larter and her husband Hayes MacArthur were bumble bees. Nicky Hilton, who wore a cat suit for Friday night’s festivities, changed into Small Red Riding Hood for yesterday’s event. There were plenty of other celebrities in Halloween costumes this weekend, so check them out as we gear up for the actual holiday tomorrow.

Heidi Klum Holds 12th Annual Halloween Party at TAO

She’s been putting together the grandest of celebrity spooky soirees for over a decade, and Heidi Klum played host to her 12th annual Halloween bash in Las Vegas on Saturday night (October 29).
The “Project Runway” babe turned up clad in a “dead body” costume as she was appropriately wheeled into The Venetian Resort and Casino’s TAO nightclub on a stretcher.
As for those turning up for the festive affair, Halloween revelers a Hello Kitty clad Bethenny Frankel and a costume-less Gilles Marini worked the arrivals area before heading inside to party to the music place on by special guest deejay Questlove of The Roots.
Miss Klum – who spent hours upon hours applying her intricate costume – recently chatted about her spooky outfit, telling, “It’s kind of like a dead body with the first layer of skin ripped off. It’s basically like me naked. All my veins and blood will all be visible… You don’t feel quite naked with it because it is so colorful.”

She has always been a huge fan of Halloween, and Heidi Klum can’t wait to host a pair of parties over the weekend.
The “Project Runway” babe will hold one shindig at PH-D Rooftop Lounge in New York City and a second bash at TAO nightclub in Las Vegas.
As for her costumes, Heidi has come up with two fantastic thoughts- a primate character and a skinless dead body.
She clarified, “It’s kind of like a dead body with the first layer of skin ripped off. It’s basically like me naked. All my veins and blood will all be visible… You don’t feel quite naked with it because it is so colorful.”
And instead of carving pumpkins with the kids, Heidi and her husband Seal do a “reverse carve” that includes attaching clay noses, eyes, and other features to the outside of the pumpkin.

Heidi, Seal, and the Kids Have Fun Exploring a Halloween Pumpkin Patch!

Halloween loving couple Heidi Klum and Seal packed up the car and headed to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in LA today. Johan, Henry, Leni, and Lou carefully selected their own pumpkins then raced down the patch’s inflatable slides. Seal brought along his camera and captured all the sweet moments during their afternoon outing. The fun didn’t end at the patch, Leni, Henry, and Johan changed into Indian costumes and headed off to a party. October is annually an exciting month for Heidi and Seal who host one of Hollywood’s spookiest soirees, though this year the celebration will be held in Las Vegas. When we spoke with Heidi at the launch of her fragrance, Shine, she wouldn’t confirm if she’ll be wearing another sexy Halloween costume, though she did say this year’s outfit would be very “hairy.”
