Britney Spears’ Sexual Harassment Settlement Deets!
0Done, done and DONE! Phew!
Britney Spears finally settled her two-year long sexual harassment lawsuit filed by her former bodyguard Fernando Flores, and it seems the whole fiasco resulted in an anti-climactic, meager payoff!
Flores initially accused BritBrit of intentionally flashing her private parts at him on a regular basis AND of abusing her children… allegations which of course our darling Brit denied.
The pair really settled the suit back in March, but details recently emerged that claim Britney finished the legal dramz by offering Flores a small sum of money that would barely cover his legal costs!
Erm… well that sucks some major ballz for Mr. Flores! Ah well, obviously he didn’t have enough evidence to prove his claims, so we guess he had to take whatever money was offered.
And now Brit can continue judging X Factor like the flawless gem she is, without any of this nastay negativity clouding up her gorgeous headspace!

Justin Bieber Files Harassment Complaint Against Aggressive Pap In Highway Chase!
0Justin Bieber may have been pulled over on Friday for driving over 100mph on the 101 Freeway, but apparently, he is NOT taking the fall alone!
As we reported, the pop sensation was being tailed by multiple paparazzi when the incident occurred, some of whom were riding the shoulder to try and keep up with him, but Biebs was apparently so freaked about the aggressive behavior of one behind the wheel in particular, that he has filed a harassment complaint against him…which the authorities are investigating!
A CHP officer was spotted downtown on the set of the music video for As Long As You Like Me, taking Justin’s statement!
And in a HIGHlarious bit of irony, the cop didn’t have to travel too far to talk to the paparazzo in question, because he was ALSO close to the set, snapping away!
Yeesh! What an INSANE situation!
We just hope Justin has learned his lesson!
We can’t imagine how frustrating and scary it must be when you’re being chased by so many photogs, but that doesn’t give ANYONE the excuse to drive that recklessly – and place so many lives in danger!
Hopefully the law will take care of this photog and he won’t be an issue to you anymore, buddy!

Judge Denies Gag Order In Paula Deen Harassment Suit!
0Paula Deen just cannot catch a break these days!
The food network star had recently requested a gag order against Lisa Jackson, the former general manager of her Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House who is currently pressing charges against her and her brother Bubba Hiers for sexual harrasment, that would restrict her form making any pre-trial comments, but Judge Louisa Abbot has shot her down!
As we’ve reported, Jackson claims to be the victim of not only harrassment, but violent behavior at the hands of the pair, and also witness them blatantly being racist toward minority employees at the Georgia restaurant, but Deen’s attorney, Gregory Hodges, filed the motion on March 21st, which read:
“None of the allegations in the complaint relating to racial discrimination should stand. These allegations are spurious and, as importantly, wholly irrelevant, immaterial, impertinent and improper as [Jackson] has no claim under the laws of this State for the salacious allegations she has made concerning race.” These allegations were made for the sole purpose of obtaining leverage in a lawsuit by making a media firestorm.”
But, today, Jackson’s attorney Wesley Woolf asserted:
“The complaint will not be dismissed. We are trying to comply with both the intent and the letter of the judge’s rulings and preferences. Although no gag order is in place, I am keeping myself busy doing the legal work necessary to prove our case, and I am doing our part to avoid trying this case in the press.”
Well, that’s very admirable!
No need to start a smear campaign! Just let the law and the judge’s ruling speak for itself, and hopefully, if they are guilty of these HORRENDOUS allegations, they’ll be found so and punished accordingly!

Superman Returns Producer Ordered To Pay Over $3 Mil In Sexual Harassment Trial
0Yet another FAIL for Superman Returns.
For five years now, Superman producer Jon Peters has been involved in a lawsuit with former assistant Shelly Morita. She claims that Jon “got her into bed uninvited and fondled her” during the making of Superman Returns.
Now, Shelly has officially won her case, and the sketchy producer is being forced to pay $ 822K in lost wages, as well as $ 2.5 mil in punitive hurts.
Peters plans to seek an appeal, but we have a feeling/hope he’ll be denied! This guy CERTAINLY has a sketcherrific history!
Let’s just hope everyone behaves themselves on the set of Zack Snyder’s new Superman movie!
