Duchess Kate Goes Solo at In Kind Direct Event
0She’s still getting used to her Royal status, and last night (October 26) Kate Middleton attended the In Kind Direct charity event in London, England.
The Duchess of Cambridge was sans Prince William as she greeted guests at the Clarence House while raising money for the organization that takes surplus goods from manufacturers and retailers in the UK and gives them to various charities.
And it sounds like Kate was the hit of the party, especially because she received less than 24 hours notice that she was to attend.
“You would never know it was her first solo engagement. It was as if she had been trained by the Prince of Wales,” said a source from the charity. “She was completely natural, professional and charmed everyone. She spoke to every single guest and was genuinely interested, and interested in continuing to help.”

Winklevoss Twins Being Sued With Their Favorite Kind Of Lawsuit

Isn’t that kind of the definition of hypocrite??
So, do you guys remember who Wayne Chang is? He’s was another person in the failed ConnectU project, and now he’s suing them because they allegedly elbowed him out of the $ 65 million dollar settlement they got from Facebook in 2008.
We would agree that he’s entitled to a part of that settlement, of which he didn’t see a penny!
A judge finally said that the lawsuit can proceed for Chang, though it was all the way back in 2009 when it was filed:
The suit was filed back in December of 2009, but a judge just ruled it could proceed, meaning that while the Winklevii continue their doomed quest to re-sue Facebook they will be defending themselves from a lawsuit that claims they basically did the same thing to a guy that Zuckerberg did to them.
That’s right, they’re re-suing Facebook too.
Not going to lie, we aren’t huge fans of the Winklevoss twins. They seem pretty shady/whiny/entitled to us.
Grow up, guys, and just delight in the now estimated $ 100+ million your original settlement is worth! (Some of it was paid out to them in Facebook stock.)

Uma Thurman likes Robert Pattinson and doesn’t care who knows it!
The gorgeous actress had some kind words for the Water For Elephants star:
“He’s extremely dashing, like an ancient-world movie star. He’s incredibly concrete in his presence. . .and is obviously very handsome.”
Wow, two admissions of attraction! Don’t worry, Uma, we all have it!
She continues:
“I reckon, he’s going to be a really serious actor. He’s a really excellent actor.”
We agree!
We reckon once the final Twilight movie comes out and he isn’t held to that role forever, he’s really going to break out as one INcredible actor! And he’s always so charming and modest in interviews, so we hope he’s around for a very long time!
