Would You Like To Go On A Royal Ghost Tour???

Fans of the royal couple and ghosts, rejoice! Kensington Palace has announced that they’ll offer four nights of ghost tours on Halloween weekend from Oct. 28 to Oct. 31.
Tours will last an hour and a half each, and they’ll run you $ 33/person.
Some ghosts you MIGHT run into on the tour include Queen Mary’s spirit, as well as the ghosts of both George V and William’s fantastic-fantastic grandmother.
Sounds like a blast!!!! This is nearly as exciting as the royal wedding!!!!!!! Ha!

That’s right. Michael Sorrentino has his eye on an invitation to The Oscars!

He may say some really silly things, but it looks like he’s smart enough to know the realism behind his ambition:

Taylor Swift’s Advice For Teens: “Live Like You’re 80 Looking Back at Your Life”

Taylor Swift was full of like for all her teenage fans as she took the stage and hit the press room at the Teen Choice Awards in Universal City this evening. She looked ladylike in her white dress after accepting her Ultimate Choice surfboard from excellent friend Emma Stone. Backstage Taylor talked about the best advice that she got when she was a teenager just a few years ago and what sort of music she’s listening to these days:
- On the best advice she got as a teenager: “Live your life like you’re 80 looking back on your teenage years. You know if your dad calls you at eight in the morning and questions if you want to go to breakfast? As a teenager you’re like no, I want to sleep. As an 80 year ancient looking back, you have that breakfast with your dad. It’s just small things like that that helped me when I was a teenager in terms of making the choices you won’t regret later.”
- On what she’s listening to these days: “I’m really going through a Beach Boys phase. I’m listening to the Beach Boys and The Shirelles. All kids of 50s and 60s music.”

Beyoncé Knowles graces the cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK‘s upcoming September issue and is spotlighted in a sexy spread inside the pages of the magazine. The images feature the singer in a range of powerful designer looks from the likes of Azzedine Alaïa, Armani Prive, and Azzaro, and were captured at the Ritz during an April trip she made to Paris with her husband, Jay-Z. Beyoncé is back in the States now as she enjoys the success of her latest album, 4. She teamed up with Destiny’s Child’s Kelly Rowland and her sister, Solange Knowles, yesterday in a location very different from the Ritz - a New Jersey trailer park – to film the video for her single “Party.” In her interview for Bazaar, B reflects on her upcoming 30th birthday, as well as her take on feminism and empowerment. She also opens up about her close friendship with Gwyneth Paltrow, who likewise gushed about Beyoncé in the article. Here are some highlights:
- On turning 30 in September: “This is such a pivotal moment in my life! I’m transitioning as a woman, and I’m finally able to express myself as I am.”
- On whether she’s a feminist: “I don’t really feel that it’s necessary to define it. It’s just something that’s kind of natural for me, and I feel like . . . you know . . . it’s, like, what I live for. I need to find a catchy new word for ‘feminism’, right? Like ‘bootylicious’ . . . ”
- On Gwyneth Paltrow: “She pushes her boundaries all the time. You go to her house and she makes you feel like you never want to go home. She is what I strive to be one day.”
- Gwyneth on Beyoncé: “She is what it means to be a superstar. No one else can sing and dance like that, while having humour and genuine bursting sweetness. She has her own recipe for it . . . I wanted my own character (Gwyneth has a musical role in Country Strong), to have some of that mega-wattage. So I studied B. She was my homework.”
- Gwyneth on her and Chris Martin’s friendship with Beyoncé & Jay-Z: “We have very similar values. We have also been able to become each other’s support systems over the years, as none of us needs anything from the other.”

Pete Wentz Acting Like A Single Guy Again

The rocker is embracing his new-found freedom as he was seen partying into the wee hours of the morning with his band The Black Cards while out in NYC.
“Without Ashlee around, he’s back to focusing on his own projects and finally letting loose. This is his coming out party — and he wants everyone to see he’s better than ever,” an insider says.
Just this past Thursday night he was spotted at Lucky Strike Lanes behind the turntables as the night’s DJ and even rocked out throughout the night, lifting his shirt to show off his abs.
You just do you, Pete. Just make sure you’re new bachelor lifestyle isn’t getting in the way of quality time with your small boo, Bronx!

We had a chance to sit down with the charming duo at the recent press day for the movie in Beverly Hills, where they talked trading tales about their kids and schooling a new generation of actors on the set. Cheryl Cole: American’s Like Plastic Surgery Too Much

She’s gearing up for her gig on Simon Cowell’s American version of “The X Factor” and Cheryl Cole is already noticing differences in the USA versus her UK homeland.
During a recent interview the former Girls Aloud singer noted the States’ penchant for plastic surgery.
“I’ve already seen a few amusing sights. I can’t quite get my head around everyone having the same nose, because I reckon it’s the unique things about your face that make you gorgeous. I’m not judging, but unless something is really getting you down, then it’s best not to mess with nature.”
A gal pal also noted that Cheryl is getting some pressure from Cowell to be extra sexy. “Simon suggested she wear something more daring and leggy, like she did on the UK X Factor. He wants everyone to see her at her sexiest and he thinks she looks incredible in shorter dresses.”
“She’s really sensitive about her figure right now. She often feels better in trousers or a floor-length dress. It took a lot of guts to get her legs out. She’s really self-conscious about them.”

Jennifer Lawrence brought her rising star to the pages of Elle with a spread in their June issue. The actress is coming off a thrilling award season full of honors for her performance in Winter’s Bone, and she has more exciting roles to come. Jennifer will return to the huge screen in this Summer’s X-Men: First Class, and she played a part in The Beaver, which screened at the Cannes Film Festival today. She also just landed the lead in The Hunger Games. Jennifer may just be getting started, but she’s already figuring out what it’s like to get the star treatment. She spoke with the magazine about job perks, prepping for near nudity in X-Men, and her pre-Oscars meal. Here’s more of what Jennifer Lawrence had to say in Elle:
- On prepping for her role in X-Men: “I knew that if I was going to be naked in front of the world, I wanted to look like a woman and not a prepubescent 13-year-ancient boy. I’m so sick of people thinking that’s what we’re supposed to look like.”
- On getting the star treatment: “When you’re on set, everybody’s like, ‘Oh, do you need water? Here’s 45 bottles!’ It’s really bizarre. I’m still getting used to it. I’m still in wonderland.”
- On her pre-Oscars meal: “Fifteen minutes before, the guy doing my hair goes, ‘If you can get a salad, get a salad…I said, ‘I’m getting a Philly cheesesteak.’ I’m sure there’s proof on a hotel bill somewhere.”
