Alison Brie on Wedding Movies and the Possible End of Community

You probably recognize the adorable Alison Brie from her TV roles on Mad Men and Community, but the star was at the Sundance Film Festival this year to promote her new movie Save the Date. We sat down with the actress to talk about the film and her other wedding movie, The Five-Year Engagement. Though Brie kept mum about what we can expect from season five of Mad Men, she did give us an thought of how Community could come to an end, should this be the final season. Watch!

Brad Pitt brought his oldest kids out for a special screening of Hugo in LA today! He, along with Pax, Maddox, Shiloh, and Zahara Jolie-Pitt, went out to see Martin Scorsese‘s Hugo at the Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood. Just as Brad and his kids left the screening, his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston arrived for a later viewing with Justin Theroux. It was no huge deal for Jen and Brad, who have publicly talked about how they’re friends despite the public controversy surrounding their breakup back in 2005. Brad and his clan are home again on the West Coast following a jet-setting Summer. They were recently in Hungary with mom Angelina Jolie while Brad finished up work on World War Z. Next up, Angelina will be in the spotlight as she preps for the December release of her directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey.

The Hobbit Movies Get Titles And Release Dates!

Thank goodness! No turning back now!
Peter Jackson‘s The Hobbit movies have officially been given full titles – AND release dates!
The first in the two-part series, now called The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, is set for a December 14th, 2012 release date, and the concluding chapter, The Hobbit: There And Back Again, will drop on December 13th, 2013!
Incredible!
This is going to be just as incredible as when all The Lord of the Rings were coming out a year apart around the same time!
We’re so thrilled!
Now we’ll have something to look forward to once Harry concludes this summer!

WB Offers Movies Directly On Facebook TODAY

Do you like Facebook?
Of course you do!
Do you wish you could rent and stream movies directly to it using Facebook credits?
Well, maybe. We don’t know of anyone who has been vocal about wanting that specifically. Haven’t really thought about it!
If there are people out there who really want that, then today is your day! WB has announced a new digital content distribution process in conjunction with Facebook!
So, how does it work?
Example from the Press Release:
“Starting today, millions of fans who “Liked” Christopher Nolan’s blockbuster film “The Dark Knight” can rent the title through its official Facebook Page (http://www.facebook.com/darkknight). Consumers simply click on the “rent” icon to apply their Facebook Credits, and within seconds they will start enjoying the film. The cost per rental is 30 Facebook Credits or $ 3. This offering is presently available only to consumers in the United States. Additional titles will be made available for rental and buy on a regular basis over the coming months.”
Sounds kinda cool, especially the thought of being able to use Facebook’s functionality to comment and chat with people on the glide about it.
There’s no word whether or not there will be a group watch feature eventually, like available for Netflix on the Xbox 360.
Might have to check it out, though, we don’t know if we’ve ever even thought about getting “Facebook credits” with real intention!
