Robert Pattinson Packs His Bags and Heads Out of LAX

A fresh-faced Robert Pattinson departed out of LAX tonight carrying two bags. The actor is likely heading to Germany where his drama Bel Ami is schedule to premiere Friday night at the Berlin Film Festival. This year’s competition has already played host to some of Hollywood’s largest stars like Angelina Jolie, Diane Kruger, and Meryl Streep. Rob shares the huge screen with Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman, and Kristin Scott Thomas in the historical drama and we got a glimpse of the ladies vying for his like and attention in the Bel Ami’s sexy trailer. The film opens in the UK on Feb. 22 followed by a US release on March 2.

Robert Pattinson won huge at this evening’s People Choice Awards in LA! He picked up the best drama honor on behalf of his movie Water for Elephants. His costar Reese Witherspoon didn’t turn out for the event, but Rob had another leading lady in the seat beside him – Rob was placed next to Hot in Cleveland‘s Betty White! Ashley Greene, who is one of the Twilight gang with Rob, was there to hand off the award.
Robert Pattinson shaved his head for tonight’s show too. It’s a new year, and a new look for Twilight heartthrob Rob. This year is starting with a win, and more highlights are to come. He has Bel Ami due out in the coming months, in addition to his David Cronenberg picture Cosmopolis and, of course, Breaking Dawn Part 2 out this Fall.

Robert Pattinson Has a Late Night in LA With a New Lady

Robert Pattinson hopped into the back of a car with a female friend in LA last night. Rob and 27-year-ancient actress Sarah Roemer were out for the evening at La Poubelle bar, where they apparently met up with pals. Sarah starred alongside Rob’s girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, in the 2007 small film Cutlass, and also had a part in Disturbia with Shia LaBeouf. Rob returned to California this week after a stint in London with Kristen. She’s in the UK filming Snow White and the Huntsman, though the duo made time for date nights when she wasn’t working.
Rob and Kristen are wrapping up a busy year that included the huge success of Breaking Dawn Part 1 and plenty of sweet interactions between the couple. They’re currently taking the lead in our favorite celebrity PDA moment of 2011 poll, but there’s still time to vote on that and all of our Best of 2011 coverage!

Robert Pattinson stepped out of an office building in London today. He’s been hanging in the UK, where Kristen Stewart is working on Snow White and the Huntsman, since he wrapped up press duties for Breaking Dawn Part 1 earlier this month. The movie came out two weeks ago and is still dominating the box office with nearly $ 500 million in ticket sales worldwide.
Rob and Kristen went out last week during a break from Kristen’s work on her fairy-tale reboot. The couple caught a performance by their pal Marcus Foster and then headed to the Highlight Bar, where they apparently packed on the PDA.

Robert has been hanging out in England since wrapping up his Breaking Dawn Part 1 press tour and all his hard work is paying off huge time at the box office. Breaking Dawn crushed the competition in its opening weekend and it maintained the top spot over Thanksgiving. Robert may have been solo today, but he has excellent company at his place since Kristen Stewart is staying there while she films Snow White and the Huntsman outside the city. Robert and Kristen went on a couple dates this week, checking out their friend Marcus Foster’s show and hanging out with friends including Tom Sturridge.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were seen returning to their London apartment last night after grabbing dinner at a nearby restaurant. She was home following a day on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman, and as she headed back up their stairs, a photographer snapped a shot of her extremely bruised hand. She’s gotten seriously involved in the stunts that her latest role requires, and has been dealing with the aftermath of her fight scenes.
Despite the injury, Kristen had some celebrating to do with Robert after their Breaking Dawn – Part 1 took the top spot at the weekend box office back in the US. The success of the film was in part thanks to all the long hours both Robert and Kristen place into promoting it. Kristen’s Snow White shooting schedule, but, meant she missed attending a couple of European events. Robert and Taylor Lautner visited Germany and Spain in recent days for screenings, while Kristen stayed behind in the UK.

Rob stopped to sign autographs for a few lucky ladies on his way to the afterparty, where Taylor, Kristen, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz, and more let loose to celebrate the film.
The Breaking Dawn Part 1 cast is in full press mode ahead of the movie’s release this Friday. Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, and Nikki Reed are currently promoting the project in NYC with talk show appearances.

Robert Pattinson continued his domination over talk shows with a stop by The Late Show With Jimmy Fallon in NYC earlier today. So far this week he’s been in the hot seat next to David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel, but things took a turn for the playful during this evening’s interview. Rob and Jimmy were equipped with matching bow and arrows and took aim at each other’s body parts. Archery may be a new concept for Rob, but his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, seems to have mastered the ancient sport, along with horseback riding and fencing, for her kick-ass role in Snow White and the Huntsman – check her out in Snow White and the Huntsman’s first trailer.
Kristen is currently back in England shooting new scenes for the dark fairy tale, while Rob and Taylor continue promoting their fourth chapter in the Twilight saga. Kristen’s name came up in conversation last night during a taped interview with Jimmy Kimmel. Rob tried to describe why Breaking Dawn Part 1 nearly got a R rating, which led to an embarrassing moment with his parents, Richard and Clare, watching from the audience. For his visits to the Today show and Live With Regis and Kelly, Rob kept the conversation light and instead of recounting the details of his sex scenes with Kristen, he opted to tell a sweet tale about adopting his dog, Bear.

Robert Pattinson Goes Behind the Camera
0As he continues to immerse himself in the public eye during “Breaking Dawn” promotions, Robert Pattinson was busy attending an awards show in Los Angeles on Sunday night (November 6).
The Edward Cullen hunk looked suave as he took to the podium to present a Hamilton Behind the Camera Award at The Conga Room at L.A. Live.
Meanwhile, Robert also recently sat down with Parade magazine for an in-depth interview, with highlights from the chat being as follows:
On Edward’s sex appeal:
“I don’t reckon I’ve ever seen a vampire movie where I reckon the vampires are attractive. OK, girls are sometimes kind of sexy, but guys end up looking worse than they do in their real life with the pale make-up and the fangs. I’ve watched Right Blood and all those guys are fantastic looking, but you place vampire make-up on them and they look less handsome on the show than they do in reality.”
On his steamy scenes with Kriston Stewart:
“I reckon the more comfortable you are with each other, the harder it gets to do any kind of really intense relationship scene. You’re kind of thinking, ‘I don’t want to embarrass myself in front of this person,’ ‘I know what she’s thinking now,’ so it becomes ridiculous after awhile. Watching other people have sex is never going to be that spectacular anyway. It’s a weird thing when there’s so much hype about it. You are like, ‘God, I hope this lives up to it.’ The toughest part was avoiding an R-rating. It’s amusing when people talk about the sex scenes in the book because there are no sex scenes in the book. Go back and read. They always fade to black.”
On his impressive six-pack:
“There are so many descriptions in the book of Edward’s statuesque body — it’s all made of marble, blah blah blah. I managed to get through the entire series without taking my shirt off the whole time. I was like, ‘Nah, I’m not taking it off ever, and I’m not working out!’ Then, when we did Breaking Dawn, I thought, ‘It’s the last one, I might as well.’ So I kind of worked out to bulk up a small for those scenes with my shirt off. I stopped literally the day afterwards. I find it very dull to work out.”
On being ancient-fashioned when it comes to like and marriage:
“I guess I must be because everyone is always telling me that Edward is kind of ancient-fashioned, but I always see him as honestly normal. I mean, he just knows what he wants. He’s in like with someone and he just likes the thought of getting married to them. I guess I kind of agree with that.”
On becoming a daddy:
“Nobody really knows how to be a father, there’s no way to prepare for it. But it’s quite simple to play in a film when you are holding a baby. The small person is crying in your arms and you end up being very careful. When you portraying a father, you can kind of avoid all the annoying parts of having a kid because there’s someone else to take care of it.”
On Twilight coming to an end:
“The one time we filmed in nice weather was literally the last day of production. Kristen and I were on the beach and just making out all night. That’s not too terrible. It was just the two of us and it was really nice. Everybody stayed to watch the sunrise, which was really gorgeous. It was a nice ending.”
On the future:
“I feel like I’ve kind of been in a whirlwind for so long, even though I’ve done other movies in between. Whenever you promote something, they always want you to talk about Twilight, so it’s kind of constant. I am living a life which I didn’t really know existed. You can kind of delay being an adult for quite a while.”

The couple were next to each other for a sweet group hug, and they were also seen sharing sideways glances while answering questions from the crowd. Kristen and Robert are getting used to fielding questions about their work in the Twilight series, since the last few days have been chock full of interviews. We snagged some time with them at Friday’s junket, where Kristen said Rob’s kind of helped with her British accent for Snow White and the Huntsman! Meanwhile, Robert was surprised his dog has a Twitter account and joked that Bear’s not really allowed to use the Internet.
