One hundred guests are donating $ 40,000 each at Jay’s 40/40 Club — HOV sure likes 40s, eh? — to dine and schmooze with not only the Perezident of the U.S. but also the King and Queen of Hip-Hop!
Wowzers!! That’s four million dollars!!
Combine that with the $ 12k-per-pop photo opportunities Obamerz scheduled for earlier that day and his trip to the Huge Apple should provide a hefty boost to his war chest!
We wonder why the Prez doesn’t visit NYC more often? For that kind of scrill we would always keep an empire state of mind!!

0As we told you earlier, reports have been swirling that Kanye West and Jay-Zstrong> were fighting over their touring design.
Well Jay says hell no to all of that!
Jay thinks the rumors are escalating because of rivals who are super J of their success, but Jay says they are all exaggerated!
In an impromptu radio interview today (Monday), Jay-Z told it like it is:
Yes, we get on each other’s nerves but that’s part of pushing each other. So of course there are times when we’re in the studio, we’re yelling, but that’s about it. I would never disrespect him. I have too much respect to place my hands on him. We have a healthy respect for one another. It’s always about the art, it’s never about him and me; it’s always about the art.
So while it seems they are still discussing creative differences, don’t expect one to punch the other any time soon.
Excellent! We weren’t too excited over that thought.
