Exclusive – Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Have a Dinner Date With Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift was the lucky lady sharing a table with Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow in London last night. The trio sat down for a meal at The Delaunay, which is a new spot in the city’s center. Gwyneth, Chris, and Taylor have long been friends and got together for another meal when Swift was in the UK during March 2011. Chris and Gwyneth have even played matchmaker for Taylor - Gwyneth introduced Taylor to her now ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal at the end of 2010.
Gwyneth’s home in England after a midweek trip to Paris, where her excellent friend Cameron Diaz spent a few days making the rounds at the couture shows. It seems Gwyneth didn’t take a seat in any of the front rows. But, some of her ancient clothes will be on show soon. Gwyneth’s Shakespeare in Like costumes are set to be part of a Hollywood exhibition opening later this year at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum.

The Ugly Truth: Taylor Armstrong’s Co-Stars Didn’t Believe Her Domestic Abuse Claims
0We really can’t believe we are still talking about this. It’s gotten to a point now where we just keep asking ourselves, “How much more can be said on the subject?”
Yet here we go again…
According to a new sources, Taylor Armstrong received ZERO support from some of her Real Housewives castmates during her time of need because some of them didn’t believe she was really being abuse. According to show insiders, when Taylor finally confessed the state of her brutal home life, the other women found that her tales “didn’t match up” and they “thought that maybe she wasn’t telling the truth about how Russell was treating her.”
Things progressively got more suspicious when the women would offer to help her out of her situation and Taylor would refuse or flatly ignore them. As time went on, supposedly her claims became ludicrious and it was clear that she was embellishing or at worst, lying about the abuse. A source clarified:
“Taylor’s tales about the abuse would change and she would amp up the details of the violence so the other women started to doubt any part of her tale … Each time Taylor would talk about the domestic abuse her tale would change, and the ladies started to reckon that she wasn’t being honest about what was happening.”
Look, there are three sides to every tale: her side, Russell’s side and the truth. We’re never going to know for sure if Russell did all the things she said he did or if these women should have been more supportive of the impossible situation she was in, one that she probably tried to lie her way out of talking about.
But at the end of the day, no matter what went down, this woman has had a hard year and perhaps its just best to lend her a helpful ear rather than rehash the past.

Taylor Swift & LL Cool J Team Up for 2012 GRAMMY Promos
0We’re two weeks away from music’s largest night, and Taylor Swift and LL Cool J were busy working on promos for the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (January 22).
In a photo handout provided by CBS, the country darling and this year’s GRAMMY Awards host were both dressed up in black ensembles as they stood alongside a giant replica of the show’s gramophone trophy.
The promo shoot comes as the ceremony is set to take place on Sunday, Feb. 12 at Staples Center in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on CBS from 8–11:30 p.m. (ET/PT).
Kanye West tops the nominees with seven chances at GRAMMY glory while British singer Adele scored six nominations.
Meanwhile, Coldplay and Rihanna will perform live together for the first time, joining other acts including 2012 MusiCares Person of the Year Paul McCartney, Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Nicki Minaj, and Miss Swift.

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron apparently had quite the flirty dinner date recently.
Zac was quite the gentleman as he picked her up in his Audi before the two set off to dine at the Italian restaurant Pace in El Lay.
Sharing an outdoor corner table, the two were seen “deep in conversation and very giggly.”
Zac has always been a fan of Swifty, calling her a “lovely girl, very gorgeous.” She too shares the sentiment as she one time said that he’s an “all-around incredible guy.”
An insider close to Taylor says it was just two friends grabbing a bite to eat together while they do press stuff for their upcoming movie Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.
Hmm, okay, but that’s still not denying that there’s a spark there.
The only thing Zac’s source said was that:
“They have been friends a long time.”
Yes! And many times, friendships turn into something more!
At least we hope so in this case. They’re so cuuuuute together! What a gorgeous couple they would make!

U2 & Taylor Swift Post Top Numbers for 2011 American Tours
0It doesn’t really come as a surprise that the top two touring acts of the past year are Irish rockers U2 and country crooner Taylor Swift.
The “Gorgeous Day” hitmakers played 25 shows in 21 North American cities to rake in a whopping $ 156 million total.
Meanwhile, Miss Swift performed 80 dates on her Speak Now Tour, hitting 59 cities and earning $ 97.7 million for her efforts.
Rounding out the top five were Kenny Chesney at $ 84.6 million, Lady Gaga at $ 63.7 million, and Bon Jovi at $ 57.1 million.
Taylor Lautner Did NOT Come Out In People Magazine!

You may be shocked to have seen this cover of People magazine, which features Taylor Lautner announcing that he’s an “out” and “proud” gay man, but apparently, it’s just one elaborate hoax, and the actor has made no such announcement!

Apparently, Def Jam‘s Simmons thought it was legit, and even wrote via Twitter:

And upon realizing that it was fake:

Taylor Swift Covers Billboard’s Women In Music Issue

Just days removed from receiving her honor during a New York City ceremony, Taylor Swift adorns the cover of the December 2011 Woman of the Year issue of Billboard magazine’.
The country superstar rocks a cute black frock for the front page shot with a quote alongside her reading, “This is a year of my life I’m going to want to remember.”
Highlights from Taylor’s interview – in which she speaks about topics including role models, future plans and her current place in life – are as follows. For more, be sure to visit Billboard!
On where she sees herself on a scale of girl to woman:
“Growing up in this position, making music, writing songs and having everyone hear what I’m going through since I was about 16 years ancient, now I’m 21 about to be 22 — I wouldn’t have had it any other way. On a scale of being a girl or teenager or woman, I never tried to be the one to mark myself which of those three I was. I’ve just tried to grow up in the most natural and gradual process that I possibly can and make choices I feel are right for me and my fans. Whether I’m a woman now, or whatever, is up to my fans to choose, not for me. I really haven’t felt the need to make some bold statement of maturity or make the “dark” record yet.”
On the women she considers to be her role models:
“I have a lot of role models. Faith Hill is a huge role model. Reese Witherspoon is a role model of mine-she’s not in music, but I like everything she stands for. Shawn Colvin is a huge model for me. Her writing has been consistently fantastic and thoughtful and wistful and gorgeous. And also-[he's] not a girl-but Kris Kristofferson has been a huge role model for me. When I look at people who I feel have really lived their lives and recorded their lives in music so perfectly, those are my role models. They’ve all taught me lessons just by example.”
On whether she’s ever had a year she just wanted to forget:
“Not an entire year, but I’ve had a six-month period I’ve wanted to forget-whether you’re talking about criticism or an dreadful breakup or whatever trauma you happen to be going through. Every single one of us has a few months here or there that feel like dark months. For me, what helps me with sad times or frustration or rejection is writing songs about every one of those emotions, and for some reason, after I do that and I’m proud of the song, things make a small more sense to me.”
On whether she has any thought where she wants to be in 2018:
“I like that Dolly Parton plans out her life in seven-year plans. I thought that was brilliant. There’s so much about Dolly Parton that every female artist should look to, whether it’s reading her quotes or reading her interviews or going to one of her live shows. She’s been such an incredible example to every female songwriter out there. As far as in the next seven years, I’ll be 28 or 29, so I don’t know. It just depends who I meet. But I’ve always hoped that I continue to write music for the rest of my life, and the clearest future I see is always my next album because I’m always obsessed with the latest song I’ve written, my newest thought about the newest thing for my newest album. That’s been my obsession for the last six months to a year.”
On whether she considers herself to be a role model:
“As you enter down a career path it becomes very clear what that career path is going to question of you. One of the things that is a huge part of making music and putting it out into the world is understanding that you now have a role in shaping the lives of the next generation. And you can either accept that role or you can deny it and ignore it and say it’s a parent’s job to raise their kids. But the reality is what you wear matters. If you’re a singer and on TV and in the living room of some 12-year-ancient girl, she’s watching what you’re wearing and saying and doing.
For me, when Faith Hill performed on an awards show, everything mattered-everything she said, did, wore, I tried to copy it. That’s what small girls do, so there is a huge responsibility and I take it very seriously.”

Taylor Swift Honored at CMT Artists of the Year 2011

Celebrating the top acts the genre has to offer, the stars of country music joined forces to tape the 2011 CMT Artists of the Year event in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday night (November 29).
Taking place at the Bridgestone Arena, Taylor Swift was the belle pf the ball as she dazzled the arrivals area in a bright red frock while chatting it up with the ceremony’s host, actor Rob Lowe.
Prior to showtime, Taylor kept her legions of fans in the know by tweeting, “Getting ready to head to the CMT Artist of the Year taping- blasting ‘Keep You With Me’ by @hotchellerae. This song = pop melodic goodness.”
Joining Miss Swift as the five acts comprising the 2011 CMT Artists of the Year were fellow attendees including Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum and Brad Paisley.
Featuring performances and appearances by Ellen DeGeneres, Gavin DeGraw, NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon, Miranda Lambert, Matthew McConaughey, New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton, Lionel Richie, the All-American Rejects, the Avett Brothers and Hank Williams Jr., the country showcase is set to premiere on December 13th at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.

0Taking their box-office hit overseas, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were spotted at the German premiere of “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” on Friday (November 18).
The hunky co-stars arrived at the Cinestar Cinema both looking ever-so handsome and posed for several photos before heading inside for the screening.
Hitting US and Canadian theaters last night at midnight, the vampire romance flick has already earned over $ 30 million!
It is being predicted that “Breaking Dawn” will bring in an upward of $ 140 million over the weekend.

She posed with leading men Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner on the white carpet after the trio stepped out in LA together on Monday. Rob and Kristen shared sweet moments at the West Coast event, which brought out thousands of fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the Twilight stars. Rob stopped to sign autographs for a few lucky ladies on his way to the afterparty, where Taylor, Kristen, Peter Facinelli, Kellan Lutz, and more let loose to celebrate the film.
The Breaking Dawn Part 1 cast is in full press mode ahead of the movie’s release this Friday. Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, and Nikki Reed are currently promoting the project in NYC with talk show appearances.
