We’d normally say leave the original alone, but with a cast like this in the works, we can’t argue!
Chloë Moretz is reportedly in the running to play the title character in a remake of the horror classic Carrie, directed by Kimberly Peirce and based on the tale by Stephen King, and now, we’ve gotten word that both Jodie Foster AND Julianne Moore are being courted to play her crazy-ass mother, Margaret White!
Oh man. Oh man. Oh man.
Can U imagine either of these two biting into a role like that?! They’d BOTH knock it out of the park – but in completely different manners!
Not to mention they both have played Clarice Starling in the Hannibal Lector movies!
We’ll be very curious to see who lands the role!

We knew Norah Jones likes to try her hand at different genres of music and collaborate with all kinds of talent, but this is certainly not the direction we thought we’d ever see her take!
But holy hell, are we glad that she is!

Joan Rivers And Betty White Used To Get STONED Together!
0Oh man! If this were anyone else we’d call bull shiz!
But it’s Joan Rivers, and we don’t doubt it for a second!
On the comedienne’s show, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best, she was featured receiving some plastic surgery procedures, and during the recovery period, chose to indulge in some legal California medicinal marijuana to deal with the pain!
Well, if that isn’t INCREDIBLE enough in itself, she revealed that this was the first time she’d gotten baked since she used to delight in it with none other than Betty White – which was back in the “dark ages!”
She reveals:
“She was some slut then.”
“On the first episode of our reality show, I get some plastic surgery. I’ve seen a few people do it on camera but they all do it in full makeup. It’s so stupid. The Kardashian mom did it with eyelashes and lipstick. We really show what it is like. And then we showed afterwards which was dreadful. You are still high from the anesthesia. Well, I had a very hard moment there after the surgery and I got medicinal drugs. In California you get medicinal marijuana. You go to a doctor and you say I’m blue and he says here. It’s incredible, I was in shock. And I got it and I smoked it and had a fantastic time.”
Well, hey! She was using it for actual medicinal purposes!
Why not have a fantastic time?! LOLz!
But man oh man, what we wouldn’t give to be a glide on the wall during a blaze session with Betty White and Joan Rivers back in the day!

Kristen Stewart Featured in New “Snow White” Still
0She’s staying busy with a plethora of new projects, and a still shot featuring Kristen Stewart from “Snow White and the Huntsman” has hit the web.
The newly-published photo, courtesy of the film’s Facebook page, shows an up-close look at the 21-year-ancient actress in her role as the movie’s lead, Snow White.
Hitting theaters on June 1st, the adventure/drama flick is directed by Rupert Sanders while also starring Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman and Charlize Theron as Queen Ravenna.
Per IMDB, the tale revolves around the Huntsman, who is ordered to take Snow White into the woods to be killed, but winds up becoming her protector in a quest to conquer the Evil Queen.
The White House Will Not Support Controversial Internet Piracy Bills SOPA or PIPA
0The internet has been banding together over the last few weeks to fight the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and PROTECT IP Act (PIPA) and has just gained a very powerful ally — the White House!
In a statement responding to two petitions against the bills from the House of Representatives and the Senate, the Obama administration officials wrote:
“While we believe that online piracy by foreign websites is a serious problem that requires a serious legislative response, we will not support legislation that reduces freedom of expression, increases cybersecurity risk, or undermines the dynamic, innovative global Internet.”
Critics of both bills believe they may grant the government too much regulatory power on the internet which could result in censorship.
Clearly the White House agrees, but, the reiterates that “online piracy is a real problem that harms the American economy” and suggests the debate is far from over, continuing:
“Moving forward, we will continue to work with Congress on a bipartisan basis on legislation that provides new tools needed in the global fight against piracy and counterfeiting, while vigorously defending an open Internet based on the values of free expression, privacy, security and innovation. Again, thank you for taking the time to participate in this vital process. We hope you’ll continue to be part of it.”
Piracy is bogus, but we’d prefer they stop it in a way that doesn’t affect the creativity and free speech of millions of users who do not illegally download movies or music.

Anna Kournikova and boyfriend Enrique Iglesias took advantage of the warm Miami weather with a boat ride this morning. Anna wore a tiny white bikini for the excursion while Enrique kept his shirt on. The duo showed their like with plenty of PDA, including a sweet smooch and a moment where Enrique kissed Anna’s belly. Anna and Enrique have been the subject of baby rumors before, but the couple have consistently remained silent about their personal lives.
Anna and Enrique are also currently in the spotlight for their careers. He’s nominated for Favorite Latin Music Artist at Sunday’s American Music Awards, where he’ll also be a performer. Anna, on the other hand, is stepping down from her role as a trainer on The Largest Loser after just one season. She insists that the position just wasn’t a excellent fit for her, and that she was not fired from the reality series.

After showing some pretty rotten looking teeth earlier this month, Lindsay Lohan posted this pic on her Twitter, showing off her sparkling white teeth.
She wrote:

Then posed for a picture with her cigarette stubs laying in an ashtray and a glass of something on the bedside table behind her.
Guess Lindsay’s getting prettified for her hearing this Wednesday where we’ll find out whether or not she gets a maximum sentence of a year and a half in jail for violating her probation.
At least her teeth are pearly white!
