are you kidding? My package (which was a xmas gift for a relative) never showed up and you had to refund my money. I will never order from Amazon again. I’ll be spreading the word to my friends and family. Thanks for nothing Amazon!

This was the second time that I have ordered from amazon and the second time that I never recieved my order I will never use amazon again and am making sure that nobody I known orders from them either excellent luck getting what u pay for here.

We never received our order and when we contacted Amazon we were told that it would be traced down and that we’d be told of what happened but it’s been a while and we haven’t heard a thing.

I bought this product and had it sent to Australia. It arrived hurt – very poorly/inadequately packaged. Things cost more downunder because of the relative value of our Dollar. The set cost me about $100 AUS. To send it back to amazon cost me $70 australian dollars using the Australian postal service. So I have spend $170 Australian Dollars. The second set arrived. Also hurt. Amazon reimbursed me $6.18 of the return shipping cost. So… I have a hurt set of books which have cost me more than $160 Australian DOllars. I have sent emails to Amazon and received no response.
A very expensive and disappointing product.Aa gift for my daughter – No I wont be giving it to her. It’s a mess.
